How it works

Apply online and complete Energe's onboarding steps, including the field service standards.
Approved contractors may see available assignments and may also be offered assignments directly.
The compensation offered for an assignment is shown before you accept it.
Compensation is paid for properly completed, authorized work under the current compensation schedule, which may change for future assignments.
Attempts and results are recorded in the contractor portal.

Independent-contractor status

Contractors work with Energe as independent contractors, not employees. Energe does not promise employment, a minimum number of assignments or hours, a particular area, or any level of earnings. Assignments depend on availability, location and Energe’s needs.
