From request to proof, in four steps
A simple, documented workflow: Submit Request → Eligibility Review → Service / Attempts → Secure Proof.
The four steps
1. Submit Request
Tell us about the matter, the person or business to be served and the address, and upload the documents through a secure form.
2. Eligibility Review
Energe screens every request against its operational eligibility rules. Some requests are accepted, some need manual review, and some cannot be accepted.
3. Service / Attempts
An accepted request is assigned to an Energe field contractor, who makes service attempts under Energe's standard attempt policy and records each attempt.
4. Secure Proof
Proof of service, or documentation of unsuccessful attempts, is provided to you securely. Filing it with the court remains your responsibility.
1. Submit your request
Use REQUEST SERVICE. You can start before you have an account: what you enter is held securely for a short time while you create an account or log in, so you do not have to type it again. Returning clients can reuse saved matters, recipients and addresses.
2. Eligibility review
Energe screens your request against its operational eligibility rules. The result is one of: accepted for the standard workflow, sent to manual review by a person, or not accepted through the standard private process-server workflow. This screening is not legal advice.
3. Service and attempts
Accepted requests are assigned to an Energe field contractor, who makes attempts under Energe’s standard attempt policy and records the date, time and outcome of each attempt.
4. Secure proof
When service is completed — or attempts end without service — you receive the documentation through the secure client portal. You remain responsible for any court filing.
